Qigong for Women's Health

Qigong, also know as Chinese Yoga, is an ancient, oriental self-healing practice.  Qigong helps unblock energy flow of the vital meridians that run throughout our physical bodies, positively impacting women's health, wellness and disease. It has been shown to be especially supportive of creating breast health and maximizing ones ability to heal and recover from major illnesses, such as breast cancer and heart disease.  

The instructor is Mary Cary BC-HNB, BSN, RNC, RM.  She is  board certified in Holistic Nursing and is an Intergrative Healing Arts Practitioner, Experiential Educator and Reiki Master.  She graduated from the Center for Mind-Body Medicine Professional and Advanced Professional Training programs and is currently aligned with the Traditional Chinese Medicine World Foundation of New York City.
