Our guest speakers are from the Monmouth County Master Gardener program. Both Erika Hogan (11 AM) and Ellen Simonettie (1 PM) have inspired many gardeners by providing enthusiastic and knowledgeable presentations as a members of the Master Gardener Speakers Bureau. Learn about Shade Gardening and together we will shed some light on a dark situation and offer ideas on planting and maintenance of the shade garden including annuals, perennials, groundcovers, shrubs and trees. Herb Gardening will cover fundamentals about herbs including varieties such as parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme, basil, mint, chives, cilantro chilis and dill along with how herbs can be preserved and used.
