When School's Out

When School's Out is a great opportunity for children to learn about  the world around them in a non-classroom setting. These fun, exciting  activities are scheduled on dates when many school systems have  scheduled days off.

When School's Out programs are open to all children who meet the  grade requirements. Every workshop will have different and  age-appropriate challenges based on the grades scheduled. Registration  is coordinated by the Girl Scouts of the Jersey Shore. Girl Scout  membership is not required.

All morning programs take place between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. All  afternoon programs take place between 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. Care between  12:30 and 1:30 p.m. is included for those attending morning and  afternoon programs. Care is also included between 4:30 and 5:00 p.m. for  those participating in afternoon workshops.
