Fuel Fitness Philosophy: Get Fit Not Injured
At Fuel Fitness, all of our our classes are geared towards a multitude of fitness levels to support our philosophy - Get Fit Not Inured.

As the owner of Fuel Fitness, am asked all the time about the level of each class or which class is appropriate to take for a persons fitness level, here is the Fuel Fitness philosophy:
Every class at Fuel is geared to be appropriate for all fitness levels, some classes are more sculpt, cardio or stretch oriented, however each class can be altered to any individual level, for example our TRX classes can have a beginner next to a seasoned TRX person and both can get a great workout. The most important thing is to tell the instructor of any limitations or goals you have, modifications can always be given to not exasperate an injury or to advance you towards a goal.
Remember to work within yourself not to compete with the person next to you and to challenge yourself, you are ultimately responsive for your workout but Fuel offers a group of instructors 2nd to none to help get you there!

Every Fuel instructor has years of fitness experience and all have multiple certifications as well as additional fitness and wellness skills that make each of them the very best around, including a surgical nurse, retired Rockette, retired NJ Nets Dancer, Group fitness coordinators at large scale gyms, competitive tri athletes/runners and all are very professional.
Every class is geared towards helping you achieve your fitness goals as we stand by our motto - Get Fit Not Injured.
