Fuel Fitness Woman of the Month: Lisa Eisenberg Goodwyn

The secret is out!

We are officially addicted to Aunt Viv’s Secret Stash which has taken our area by storm.

Founded with her sister, Laura Eisenberg Balestro in 2014, Lisa Eisenberg Goodwyn has brought a family recipe and sheer “deliciousness” to the homes (and hearts) of many.

“Aunt Viv’s Secret Stash is a sweet and savory snack mix of cereals, pretzels, raisins, cranberries, pecans and almonds coated in our “secret” recipe.

Secret Stash was created by our Aunt Viv in the 70’s as a holiday gift to our family. Aunt Viv recently passed down the recipe to us but asked us to keep it secret! We started making Secret Stash for OUR friends and family at holiday time and everyone kept asking for more! So, we decided to offer it to everyone all year round.”

We are so fortunate to have Lisa as part of our community. Her energy, enthusiasm and kindness are contagious and we love having her at Fuel!
