Fuel Fitness Woman of the Month: Lisa Lindeman Luckett

Although the birth of this idea stemmed from an unthinkable tragedy, Lisa took her desire to help others and created Cozmeena, which is a community to “connect like-minded thinkers.”

“Cozmeena (Kohz-mee-nah) noun, adj; 1) the comfort gained through any of the five senses; 2) the satisfaction derived from the act of giving that is almost Divine in its nature; 3) unconditional acts of love and kindness; 4) to be open to alternative thinking; 5) where there are no coincidences; 6) the act of living a balanced live; 7) the act of giving from the heart and receiving with grace; 8) enlightened, positive, forward thinking that connects like-minded people; 9) where all the good people know each other even if they haven’t met yet.”

Based on the premise of giving and sharing comfort, Lisa encourages those who are in need comfort or want to give comfort to a friend, loved one or even a stranger, to learn about Cozmeena.
