July 21st at the Fair Haven Borough Council meeting, Mayor Benjamin Lucarelli presented a proclamation of thanks for the garden club's hard work & accomplishments for the past two years. He presented it to Terry Simboli & Barbara Carton-Riker to a standing ovation.
