Sample craft beers from Brooklyn Brewery, Ommegang, Keegan's, Blue Point, Harpoon, Boston Beer Co., Palm and Rodenbach, then enjoy some of the Shore's funniest comedy acts. Featuring Troy Alan from Eastville Comedy Club and Broadway Comedy Club, Tommy Brennan from Upright Citizens Brigade and The Stress Factory, Ray Devito from Comedy Central and Stand-Up NY and Craig Mahoney from Jersey Shore ComedyFest and CB's Comedy Club.

Why you should go:  If you're into raw foods and thinking of what to whip up for Thanksgiving, local favorite Chris Jolly of Live Jolly Foods will show you how to make a few of his seasonal raw food favorites. Nutrition expert Sarah Jane Lockenmeyer will also be on hand for a Q & A session.

When and where: Sunday, Nov. 13 at 12 p.m. at in Red Bank

Why you should go: It's an all-out style war, as 10 graffiti artists battle for top props from a panel of renowned judges, with victors taking home a $500 arsenal of art supplies. Anyone who registers before noon can compete in a black book battle for $100 of art supplies and a gift card from Rare Breed Footwear. Artists will be showcased and have their work available for purchase as well.

What does it cost: Free admission, but also accepting monetary donations and/or non-perishable food items for Foodbank of Monmouth and Ocean County

19th Annual Asbury Music Awards

When and where: Sunday, Nov. 13 beginning at 4:30 p.m. at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park

Why you should go: Asbury's top rockers will be crowned, with awards to be presented in 25 categories. Featuring live performances from established groups and up-and-comers The Matt O’Ree Band, No Wine for Kittens, Only Living Boy, Scarlet Carson, Toothgrinder, The New Royalty, Accidental Seabirds, Thomas Wesley Stern, Emily Grove, Joe Miller and Little Jimmy, along with poet Chris Rockwell.

What does it cost: $15 advance, $20 at door

When and where: Sunday, Nov. 13 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at in Red Bank

Why you should go: Enjoy an evening of Thai cuisine and swinging jazz as solo guitarist Kevin Hildebrandt performs. Hildebrandt has recently opened for Bucky Pizzarelli and has performed at venues all over NJ and NY. He has also shared billings with Dickey Betts, Johnny Winter, Johnnie Johnson, Gov't Mule and Bob Mintzer.
