Red Bank Regional's senior commercial photography students put their best work on display at Little Silver Borough Hall Thursday.
There's a great reason to , even if you've paid your taxes on time. The works of a very talented group of artists from the Visual and Performing Arts academy at Red Bank Regional High School are on display, and the photography show will run through the end of May.
Under the direction of Dawn Lisko, the senior class show showcases the imagination and talent of her students.
Students were given requirements to fulfill in various projects, and all of the work exhibited in the show was created this school year. The students worked with alternative processes, large format and fiber-based paper.

Everything for this show was created by the students, a press release created by them, posters around school, the images… all matted, framed and hung.
Some of the students plan to pursue photography in college.

Will Ferguson plans to attend Mason Gross at Rutgers University in the fall. Margot Foster will head to Savannah, Georgia, where she will attend the Savannah College of Art and Design. Maggie Nagle will attend Ramapo College, where she intends to minor in photography.
Even if this talented group doesn’t plan on photography as a career, hopefully they will pick up a camera, film or digital to add to the beauty of our world.
