We experienced a nice sales increase in May year over year. Inventory remains lower than last year but is creeping up. Are you surprised by these sales? It's nice to see average sales prices over 95% of asking prices. It illustrates how when homes are priced well, they create a buzz, curiosity, excitement and then sell.
