Man Indicted for Possession of Stun Gun in Little Silver
The Asbury man was found by police walking around town in the early morning hours of Jan. 10.

A man arrested in in January after police found him walking around town with a stun gun was indicted on Thursday for possession of a prohibited weapon.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office has charged Tyreek Simmons, 25, with one count of the fourth degree crime stemming from a Jan. 10 incident.
that Simmons was arrested by Officer Robert Chenoweth at 1:56 a.m. following a brief foot pursuit, discarding the stun gun during the chase.

Simmons, whose residence is listed as 912 Central Ave. in Asbury Park, was also found to have outstanding warrants out of Wall and Neptune.
