Young Bucs Work on Skills-N-Drills at Maroon and White Basketball Camp
Two-day camp run by RBR's basketball coaches targeted skills and drills for 3rd through 8th graders.
Aspiring Bucs got the opportunity to work out with the coaches of the high school's boys and girls basketball teams over the long holiday weekend.
About 40 young basketball players, from 3rd to 8th grade, took part in the two-day Maroon and White Skills-n-Drills basketball clinic held at Red Bank Regional High School over Presidents' Day weekend.
Patch stopped by the camp Tuesday morning (well we were actually dropping off a certain 9 year old) and checked out all the action.

The clinics, held Monday and Tuesday, were organized by Maroon and White Basketball coaches Scott Martin, also the coach of the Bucs' boys team, and James Young, who coaches the girls' team. Current members of both teams were on hand to help out with the younger players.
Martin said he had players from Little Silver, Red Bank, Shrewsbury and Middletown take part in the camp.
