Former Little Silver and Rumson resident Meghan Tierney was just asked to join the US SNOWBOARD Boarder cross team.
Meghan this past season was crowned the NORTH AMERICAN CHAMP (NORAM) and winner of the Hole Shot Tour.
Meghan recently just came back from Italy were she represented the US at the FIS Junior Worlds taking 4th place and beating Chloe Trespeuch who recently won the Bronze medal in the recent Sochi Olympic games.
Meghan Is currently living and training in Rumson for the summer and will be heading back to Vail Colorado at the end of August.
