Jeanette Barnes let cameras follow her through the Caesarean birth of her second child and capture the challenges of a pregnancy for a woman with diabetes, high blood pressure and weighing over 400 pounds, according to an article in the New York Daily News.

The May 17 hour-long program shows the doctor spend 45 minutes trying to give Barnes a shot of spinal anesthesia and unable to locate her spine, according to the article. "There's too many layers of fat," the doctor is quoted as saying.

In the end, Barnes is given general anesthesia and successfully delivers a healthy baby girl.
