Ocean Teen Charged in Party Violence on Lippincott
Little Silver police have arrested and charged Thomas J. Price, Jr., 19, of Ocean, with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct for lacerating an Aberdeen teen with a broken bottle.

Little Silver police have brought charges against an Ocean teen who reportedly cut an Aberdeen teen with a broken bottle at a party on Lippincott Road that got out of hand early Saturday morning.
Thomas J. Price, Jr., 19, of Ocean, has been charged with aggravated assault and disorderly conduct, and was released with a court date pending, said Little Silver Police Chief Dan Shaffery in a statement issued today.
Police were called to respond to a noise complaint at 126 Lippincott Road at 1:35 a.m. on Saturday, June 4, and when they arrived, they found a large party that had degenerated into a large fight.

Multiple subjects were observed fighting, according to Shaffery, who said that patrols from neighboring towns were also called in to respond.
The victim, identified as David Incle Jr., 19, of Aberdeen, suffered a laceration from a broken bottle and was transported to a local hospital where he was treated and released.

Several party goers were treated at the scene for minor injuries and refused further medical treatment.
