Little Silver Library is pleased to showcase watercolor and oil paintings by Little Silver resident, Roberta Carter Clark. The paintings will be on display throughout the summer and all are available for purchase with the library receiving 30% of the proceeds.
Clark attended the Detroit Institute of Art and became affiliated with Portraits, Inc. in NYC in 1974. Her commissioned portraits are in the private collections of hundreds of families throughout the US and England in addition to public and corporate collections, including universities, hospitals and banks. She teaches workshops and gives demonstrations on the techniques of portraiture and has written two books on portrait painting for North Light Books.
The exhibition features paintings that proclaim "Summer." All are welcome to visit the library and see the summery collection.
