Point Road Kids Show Off Their Inner Picassos and O'Keefes at Annual Art Show
The Point Road Art Show showcases the best of students' art on Thursday from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m.
For those of us who have had the opportunity to attend, oh, 14 years of art shows at it's clear that the work produced by each grade has evolved over time, allowing kids to explore the latest techniques and technology.
Patch strolled through the hallways of the school earlier this week for a private viewing of what's in store for students' family and friends on Thursday, which includes a drawing for either a boys' or girls' art basket.
The focus is this year on technology in art and the show is partially sponsored with funds from PRIDE in Education and The Little Silver Education Association.

Michele Davis and Margaret Spencer were the tireless PTO coordinators of the event, evident in the endless hallway ceilings draped in dangling puzzle pieces and jungle vines and the piles of spray painted sculptures.
And of course, Dale Dvorak continues to find new ways to challenge and enrich her art students.
