POLICE BLOTTER: Oceanport Police Roundup for January
Arrests made in Oceanport range from criminal mischief to simple assault.
The Oceanport Police Department recorded the following arrests between Jan. 1 and Jan. 31:
On Jan. 3, a 66-year-old Eatontown resident was arrested for contempt of court.
On Jan. 6, a Long Branch resident was charged with possession of CDS.

On Jan. 8, a 35-year-old Long Branch resident was arrested for an outstanding warrant.
On Jan. 9, a 46-year-old Oceanport resident was arrested for simple assault.

On Jan. 13, a 41-year-old Oceanport resident was charged with criminal mischief.
On Jan. 22, a 59-year-old Eatontown resident was arrested for possession of burglary tools and criminal mischief. The accused was located breaking into a business in the Port-Au-Peck section.
On Jan. 29, a 31-year-old Long Branch resident was arrested for DWI.
On Jan. 31, a 59-year-old Oceanport resident was arrested for DWI.
