swashbuckled past Rumson-Fair Haven for the first time in five years Tuesday, taking the match 3-2, with big wins by Joel Diamond, David Braka and P.J. Moran.

The Bucs cruised over Toms River South 14-6 in the first game of the Shore Conference tournament Tuesday afternoon. Their next game will be played away against No. 1 seed Rumson-Fair Haven on Friday at 4 p.m.

Girls Lacrosse (7-6)

The Lady Bucs delivered a 14-2 hurting to Long Branch (0-13) Tuesday. Red Bank took an 11-1 lead into halftime. Kristen Smith and Murphy Davis scored three times each, Arianna Tharrington and Clara Osmont scored two apiece, and Lauren Arnone registered a goal and two assists.

Baseball (11-7)

Tuesday's game was cancelled, so the Bucs will get things started in Holmdel today at 4 p.m. Ryan Kirman will take the mound for Red Bank.

Softball (6-9)

The Lady Bucs aren't in the running for the Shore Conference tournament, but can still make the NJSIAA playoffs if they improve their record by Friday's cutoff date. They'll look to make Toms River South their first victims at home today at 3:45 p.m.
