Sandy Relief in the form of an Interest Free Forgivable Loan

A great new program has just been rolled out for the 9 communities most affected by Hurricane Sandy. This program is for low and moderate income families; you may be able to qualify for an interest free, forgivable loan of up to $50,000! For now, you must live in one of the nine communities impacted by Superstorm Sandy. After October 25, anyone can apply if the criteria are met. This is a $25 million dollar program that could assist up to 500 homebuyers. Keep this in mind, it could be a great alternative to renting and will help the communities most impacted begin to rebuild their neighborhoods.
