The Paradox of Fall

The coming of the fall season is a paradox in several ways.

Fall brings about the end of a sun-drenched and light-hearted summer as the temperature drops, the leaves color and fall, and sand between your toes gives way to socks and jackets.

On the other hand, fall brings the return of routine, a new school year with new clothes, new shoes and shiny sharpened pencils.  Even adults, long since graduates of high school and college, feel the pull of returning to work with renewed energy, longer work days and alert to year end tallies approaching fast.

As fall simultaneously brings into our life an end and a beginning, so too, does the decision and taking action to get a divorce.

Over many years, as a divorce attorney,  I have witnessed and personally experienced the sorrow, anger and turmoil getting divorced causes. There has to be  a period of time for everyone to mourn, reflect and then accept their new position in life.

More encouraging though, is that I know clients ultimately do recover emotionally, regain their foothold on life and settle into a new routine that brings them back to a place of security and acceptance.

As a collaborative divorce attorney, I  strive to help my clients manage and handle both successfully.

If you are considering moving on, embrace change, make peace with the ending and welcome a fresh start this fall.

As a New Jersey divorce attorney who specialize in Mediation and Collaborative law, my goal is to assist you in taking control of your divorce and family matters by resolving your personal and financial disputes.

The best method for resolving these family disputes is to use self-determination, your own mind and goals to set the future for yourself, your soon-to-be-ex-spouse and your children. After twenty years of divorce and family litigation, I have had enough of litigation.

Mediation and Collaborative Law are truly the keys to resolving conflict and working out divorce and family issues without the delays and bureaucratic paperwork and deadlines associated with standard divorce litigation.

Families that want to save months of time, thousands of dollars and have a solution that both people agree with are just plain smart.
