The traffic light at Rumson and Prospect.

Is there any way some one can look into the traffic light at Prospect Ave and Rumson Rd.  Those of us that come down Prospect must sit there indefinitely while the traffic (or the lack of it) is given the green light for a significantly longer period of time.  While the traffic on Prospect builds only one or two cars can make a left onto Rumson after all the through traffic passes, before the light turns red again.  I generally have to wait two traffic lights to go east on Rumson on the way to work at 7:45 am.  It's supposed to be a smart light with the camera eye mounted on the light, but I don't think it works.  This has been the same way since they upgraded it last year.
