Ama Ristorante at Driftwood, the award-winning
oceanfront restaurant in Sea Bright, will hold a special wine and cheese tasting
with The Cheese Cave of Red Bank on Tuesday, May 6, 6-7:30 for $35 per person.
The tasting includes five wines from Ama Ristorante’s boutique list and five Italian
cheeses with accompaniments and passed hors d’oeuvres. The tasting will be led
by Stephen Cantania, the owner of Cheese Cave. Wines will be presented by Beau Keegan. Following the exclusive tasting,
Executive Chef Chuck Lesbirel will present a Cheese Cave inspired three-course
prix fixe dinner to follow for an additional $40. For reservations call
