Have Ice Cream With A Cop In Livingston: 2026 Community Events

LIVINGSTON, NJ — Here’s your chance to have ice cream – and a friendly conversation – with a police officer in Livingston.

The Livingston Police Department will hold an “Ice Cream with a Cop” event from 5:30 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 30 at police headquarters, 333 South Livingston Avenue.

Here’s what to expect, according to the LPD:

“Community members of all ages are welcome to join officers for free ice cream, conversation, and fun. Attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a complimentary treat from the Good Humor truck, get an up-close look at a Livingston police car, and connect with the police officers who patrol their neighborhoods. This event provides a relaxed and informal setting for residents to meet their local law enforcement, ask questions and build positive relationships.”
