LIVINGSTON, NJ — Livingston town offices will close on Friday, June 19 in recognition of the Juneteenth holiday.
All offices will reopen during regular business hours on Monday, June 22, according to a news release from the township.
Here are some other changes to keep in mind for the holiday:
Garbage and Recycling
Garbage and recycling will be collected according to the normal Friday schedule. Any questions about garbage and recycling pickup should be directed to Livingston’s collection vendors:

Metal Recycling
There will be no metal pickup on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Metal recycling pickup will resume on Friday, June 26; register by noon on Thursday, June 25.
Residents are reminded that the metal pickup request form will not be available the week of June 15 through 19.
