The Highlands Business Partnership is proud to present the 12th Annual St. Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 22, 2014 at 2:00 PM. Nearly 100 marching units including bagpipers, marching bands, Irish dancers, and beautifully decorated floats, will line up to march in the twelfth Annual St. Patrick’s Day Celebration.
