Long Branch's Pier Village Getting 4 New Businesses This Summer
Sundae Donuts and Gavone's Italian are scheduled to open on Memorial Day weekend, followed by a Starbucks and Koto Sushi in late summer.

LONG BRANCH, NJ — Four new businesses — a Starbucks, Koto Sushi, Sundae Donuts and Gavone's Italian restaurant — are all on track to open this summer at Long Branch's Pier Village.
Gavone's and Sundae Donuts will open first, hopefully on Memorial Day, said Pier Village's developer and owner, Kushner.
The sushi place and Starbucks will follow, scheduled to open in late summer 2022.

Gavone's will be owned by existing Pier Village tenant Sirena. This will be a small 1,700-square-foot space facing the ocean that will serve "elevated and convenient fast-casual pasta."
Sundae Donuts will open a 1,690-square-foot lease and their first New Jersey location; they have four locations on Long Island. The shop specializes in all things sweet with a rotating menu of freshly baked donuts, creative ice creams, donut-infused concoctions, cookie dough and more.
