Affordable Housing Alliance to Give Philadelphia 76ers Tickets in Fundraiser
AHA Joins #GivingTuesday Movement and Offers Two Tickets Valued at $400 for Highest Donation

Are you familiar with #GivingTuesday? Certainly you’re familiar with Thanksgiving, our day for giving thanks. We also have two days for getting deals: Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Now, we have #GivingTuesday, a global day dedicated to giving back. On Tuesday, December 2, 2014, charities, families, businesses, community centers, and students around the world will come together for one common purpose: to celebrate generosity and to give.
AHA is joining the effort to give back by offering two courtside tickets to a Philadelphia 76ers vs. Denver Nuggets game on Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA. The seats are located in Section 114, Row AA, Seats 17 & 18. These tickets will be presented to the person who gives the greatest donation to AHA. A winner will be chosen on #GivingTuesday, December 2nd, 2014. All donations must be received by 12PM, December 2nd. Once the winner is notified, a response must be received within 48 hours. When you give to the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA), you are helping us to continue our more than 20 year commitment of providing homes and services to individuals and families in the communities we live in. Your donation to AHA can help make home ownership a reality and improve the quality of life for moderate to low income families and individuals. A $50.00 contribution would allow a senior citizen to attend a holiday outing. A $100.00 donation would purchase a bike and helmet for a child. Gifts can support our general fund or go towards a specific program or special project, such as a playground or community room for children.

The amount of the contribution that is deductible for federal income tax purposes is limited to the excess of any money (and the value of any property other than money) contributed by the donor over the value of goods or services provided by the charity. The tickets are valued at $400.
