Affordable Housing Alliance set to unveil latest project with ribbon cutting ceremony
The Affordable Housing Alliance will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the completion of the Allen House Senior Complex.

“Some people thought we’d never get a shovel in the ground,” said Donna Blaze, CEO of the Affordable Housing Alliance (AHA), in October 2014. Today, nearly a year and a half later, the Allen House Apartments are complete and will be celebrating with a ribbon cutting ceremony on March 10th, 2016 from 11:00am – 1:00pm. Located at 477 Stagecoach Road in Millstone, the Allen House Apartments consist of 10 units for senior residents ages 62 and over, on a 4 acre lakeside property, that meet the low to moderate income guidelines.
According to The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, a single occupant’s minimum income must not exceed $30,600/year. In turn, two occupants combined minimum income must surpass $34,950/year. On par with the mission of the Affordable Housing Alliance, the Allen House Apartments will help Millstone Township reach its affordable housing obligation.
The Affordable Housing Alliance is honored to continue serving our mission of improving the quality of life for all New Jersey Residents by developing and preserving affordable housing, by providing services to maintain housing affordability, by providing housing education, and by helping communities meet their legal and moral housing obligations.
