Deal is the 19th most expensive real estate town in the entire United States, and it was the only New Jersey town to make this list of the most expensive ZIP codes in the country.

The sale price for a home in Deal is typically between $3 million and $4.2 million, with the average home valued at $4.315 million as of April, according to the latest data from Zillow and Realtor.

But most homes in Deal sell for far higher than that: Homes there are routinely listed for sale for more than five, six and seven-million-dollar asking prices. This home on Ocean Avenue, with ocean views, was just listed at $12.9 million.

The top three most expensive towns on that list are:
