Boxing Fitness Class

TRAIN LIKE A FIGHTER - through a variety of exercises focusing on conditioning, strength, endurance, boxing technique, foot work, combination drills, circuit training, heavy bag work, and mitt work.  Train like a fighter, without the contact!  Month to Month memberships available and drop-ins are welcome.  Any skill level, from beginner to advanced.  Every Tuesday and Thursday night 6PM to 7PM.  Start your New Year Revolution.
