This month at Family Addiction Network, we’ll be coming together for an open meeting centered around the theme:
“Going With the Flow” We all know, when addiction touches a family, it can be incredibly easy to feel like we have to stay one step ahead - anticipating the next crisis, trying to fix what feels broken, or holding tightly to the hope that we can control the outcome.
But what might happen when we learn to loosen our grip?
Our discussion, facilitated by Susan, will explore what it means to go with the flow while still taking care of ourselves, honoring our boundaries, and staying grounded. We’ll talk about letting go of what we cannot control, accepting uncertainty, finding flexibility, and learning to trust ourselves through the ups and downs.
Most importantly, this is a space to connect with others who understand.
This meeting is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, and ALL ARE WELCOME.
Whether you come to share your experience, listen to others, ask questions, or simply sit and know that you’re not alone, there is a place for you here.
