The Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center Invites Patients to Relax with Reiki Session
Relax this New Year with the help of the Japanese spiritual healing art Reiki at Monmouth Medical Center
Relax this New Year with the help of the Japanese spiritual healing art at “Reiki for Relaxation,” a free program offered by The Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help the body create an environment for physical, mental and emotional healing, according to the International Association of Reiki Professionals. The session is led by Reiki practitioner Diane Todd, who will talk about the benefits of Reiki and demonstrate the relaxing effects firsthand.
Reiki for Relaxation will take place on Tuesday, January 10 from 1 to 4 p.m. in Suite ST-007 of the Maysie-Stroock Pavilion at Monmouth Medical Center, located at 300 Second Avenue in Long Branch. Everyone is welcome, but registration is required by calling the Cancer Support Community at 732-923-6090.
