The Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center Presents Healthy Cooking for the Holidays
The Cancer Support Community invites those affected by a cancer diagnosis to Healthy Cooking for the Holidays.
It can be challenging to maintain a healthy diet during the holidays when many holiday festivities feature tempting treats. In order to prepare for this holiday season, caregivers and those affected by a cancer diagnosis are invited to join the Cancer Support Community at Monmouth Medical Center for Healthy Cooking for the Holidays, a free, educational program providing information on how to navigate the holiday season in a healthy way.
During this free program, attendees will join guest speaker Linda Jensen to learn how to rework traditional holiday recipes with a new and healthy twist.
Healthy Cooking for the Holidays will take place on Wednesday, November 16 from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in Suite ST-007 in Monmouth Medical Center’s Maysie Stroock Pavilion, located at 300 Second Avenue, Long Branch. Registration is required by calling 732-923-6090.
