Cops: Monmouth County Burglar Breaks Into Cars In Two Towns
Justin Hay was allegedly in possession of a hypodermic needle and the controlled dangerous substances Dilaudid and Hydrocodone.

Police arrested an accused car burglar Saturday who allegedly broke into cars on Route 35, police said.
At 2:30 a.m., police arrested Justin Hay, 28, of Carr Ave in Keansburg after he was stopped by police on Route 35 near Union Avenue on the Holmdel-Middletown border.
Hay was attempting to get his bicycle and himself over the center barrier of Route 35 instead of crossing at the intersection. Police interaction with Hay revealed that Hay entered at least one, and possibly more, unlocked vehicles in neighborhoods along Palmer Avenue on the Holmdel/Middletown border, police said.
