DEVELOPING RESILIENCE IN CHALLENGING TIMES
Wednesday, July 9 from 1 to 2 p.m.
Resilience is the ability to bounce back quickly, and while it comes naturally to some people, it can be learned by others. This program, presented by Carol Palmer, BA, a Monmouth Medical Center Program Instructor, will offer an insightful session discussing practical coping skills and fresh perspectives to help us respond more gracefully to life's ups and downs, release stress, feel more peaceful and empower us to take positive action. This program will be held at SCAN (Social Community Activities Network) in the Monmouth Mall, located at 180 Highway 35 South in Eatontown. Registration is required by calling 732-542-1326. Free.
