Eatontown Agency Named One Of The Nation's 'Best Places To Work'

EATONTOWN, N.J. — You might not even notice it when you drive by, but Inc. Magazine named an Eatontown company one of "The 346 Best Places to Work in 2019."

The list, which pulled from companies nationally and was published Friday, included six New Jersey workplaces. Inc. Magazine selected lotus823, a marketing communications agency in Eatontown. Lotus823, founded in 2010, is located in a suite on Corbett Way.

"We are proud to have cultivated a supportive climate where our team truly enjoys the work they do and the colleagues by their side," lotus823 says on their career page.

Inc. Magazine's fourth annual Best Workplaces survey recognizes businesses that are "making life on the job ever more rewarding." Employees from nearly 2,000 companies of all sizes and industries participated in the survey. The survey includes topics such as trust, management effectiveness, perks, and confidence in the future.

Lotus823 posted the following description on its Inc. Magazine webpage:
