An Eatontown man has been charged with child endangerment after he gave a 13-year-old edible marijuana with telling her. Eric Morales, 32, has also been charged with marijuana possession and marijuana distribution, according to <a href="http://www.app.com/story/news/crime/jersey-mayhem/2017/08/11/eatontown-man-slipped-child-marijuana-ocean-police/558556001/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">app.com.</a> Police were notified on Aug. 8 that the girl had unknowing ingested marijuana on Aug. 6, according to Detective Lt. Timothy Torchia. The girl suffered "an altered state of mind" and Morales failed to provide her with any medical help, he said.
