‘SAFE SITTER’ COURSE FOR YOUNGSTERS
Saturday, March 24 from 9 am to 4 pm
Youngsters age 11 to 13 will learn ways to become responsible, creative and attentive babysitters during this nationally recognized program. Safe Sitter will be led by certified Safe Sitter instructors, who place a special emphasis on handling emergencies and offers instruction in safety precautions, care for a choking infant or child, and calling for emergency help. Program participants will receive a certificate of completion and a subscription to Safe Sitter magazine. The course will be held at Monmouth Medical Center located at 300 2nd Avenue in Long Branch.
