SPORTS ‘FUN’DAMENTALS
Parents and children will have fun learning the basic skills and rules of various sports including soccer, wiffleball, kickball, pillo polo and more. Stop by Monmouth Medical Center’s Safe Kids Youth Sports Safety information table for information on preventing concussions, dehydration, the importance of pre-participation physical exams and wearing the proper protective equipment for each sport.
