Rescuing the River

Join us for this documentary screening of "Rescuing the River." From pristine to polluted, this film traces industrial development along the Raritan River and current efforts to clean up one of New Jersey’s most important resources. Chris Rasmussen, Associate Professor of History at Fairleigh Dickinson University, will lead a discussion after the film.

This program is sponsored by the Long Branch Library, Long Branch Environmental Commission, and the Long Branch Green Team with support from the New Jersey Council for the Humanities Face to Face: Community Conversations.
