Everas Community Services expands reach in Monmouth County

Everas Community Services assumes operation of three new residential programs in Monmouth County for adults with disabilities.

Everas Community Services offers residential, employment and family support services throughout New Jersey for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, deaf-blindness, communication impairments and more. All of our programs at Everas provide comprehensive supports that enable a person to maximize their independence and live with dignity and respect among their peers and families in the community. We are innovative and solution-driven to help each person succeed in achieving their personal goals and participate in activities that bring them joy. Everas is pleased to announce our recent growth in Monmouth County. On October 15th, the agency officially assumed operations of three new residential programs in Eatontown and Millstone. It is with great pleasure we welcome our new staff and the fifteen clients supported in these programs to the Everas family. With this acquisition, Everas now operates twenty-three residential programs as well as four day programs throughout the state of New Jersey, and our impact spans nine counties. Beyond residential and day services, Everas actively pursues new lines of business with the primary purpose of creating jobs for people who have significant barriers to employment. Our primary services include Mailroom operations, Switchboard operations, and Retail management. We maintain 75% of available positions for employees who have disabilities or supported employment needs. Any revenue generated from our social enterprise initiatives support the agency mission. In the 37 years since our agency’s incorporation, the evolution of our experience has cultivated the highly adaptive, creative and resourceful organization we are today.
