WHAT:
Gold’s Gym, the world’s leading authority on health and fitness, announced that in support of the Jersey Shore, it will host the 2nd Annual Gold’s Gym Boardwalk Workout featuring an array of heart pounding fitness events such as Paddle Board Fitness (first 48 people), Boardwalk Bootcamp, “Jersey Style” BODYCOMBAT and ZUMBA. Participants can sign up early at Gold’s Gym Long Branch, Paramus or Bridgewater or at the Pier on the day of the event.

WHY:
Founded in 1965, Gold’s Gym has nearly 50 years of experience delivering life-changing results for its members and is the established authority in health and fitness. Members of local New Jersey Gold’s Gym locations and the greater community are invited to participate in the free workouts with family and friends, and to help support Gold’s Gym’s goal of raising $10,000 for Clean Ocean Action through a gift auction at the event.
