Grand Jury Indicts Eatontown Man For Terroristic Threats, Stalking

A Monmouth County grand jury recently indicted an Eatontown man on two counts of terroristic threats and one count of stalking, the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office said.

Arthur L. Cross, Jr., 50, 19 Country Club Road, Apt. 52, is accused of “threatening to commit a crime of violence with the purpose of terrorizing R.C...” on or about April 4 in Shrewsbury, according to the indictment.

He is also accused of stalking the same person on or about April 4, 2015, the indictment states.
