The American Yoga Academy for a Morning Flow Yoga Class on Sunday,
February 16, 10:30 - 11:30 AM at MONDO in Summit. Led by Claire Diab, Founder,
International Yoga Therapist and Lead Educator The Chopra Center for
Well-Being. MONDO is located at 426 Springfield Avenue in Downtown Summit.
No experience necessary. Our unique style of yoga
teaches variations on yoga that benefits beginner as well as
advance-level students. $20 per person, $10 for seniors and students.
Following
the Class, Introduction to AYA 200-HOUR
YOGA TEACHER TRAINING Course. The 200-Hour Course BEGINS IN MARCH at
AYA Studio at The Wilshire Grand Hotel in West Orange. The American Yoga
Academy
