Jennifer McNamara Promoted to Director of Resident Life at Seabrook
Previously, McNamara served as the resident life manager

Seabrook, an active continuing care retirement community in Tinton Falls, New Jersey, has promoted Jennifer McNamara of Wall Township to the position of director of resident life. Previously, McNamara served as the resident life manager at Seabrook.
In her new role, she will provide leadership and operation oversight to several departments including Community Resources, Social Work, Philanthropy, Pastoral Ministries, Television Studio, Fitness Center, Volunteer Programs, Intermissions Program, Certified Home Health and Home Support Services.
McNamara has been serving the mission at Seabrook for 12 years with the majority of her career spent successfully leading the social work effort across the community. She started at Seabrook in 2003 as a social work intern and then worked as a social worker, social work manager, social work team leader for Erickson Living Retirement Communities, and resident life manager.

“Jennifer’s leadership experience at Seabrook has been progressive and demonstrates her ability to drive positive change and lead larger teams all focused on truly enhancing our resident experience,” said Executive Director Todd DeLaney. “She is dedicated to our mission of helping people live better lives by creating an environment for our residents to enjoy an active and secure retirement lifestyle.”
McNamara received her bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Delaware and her master’s degree in social work from Rutgers University.
