Long Branch, Eatontown Dr. Named Sky Blue FC's Medical Director
A sports medicine physician for RWJBH Primary Care-Eatontown has partnered with the local women's pro soccer team.

EATONTOWN, N.J. — A Long Branch and Eatontown doctor will help keep a pro soccer team on the pitch and ready to play. Jason Krystofiak, MD, of RWJBH Primary Care-Eatontown and Monmouth Medical Center in Long Branch, became the medical director for Sky Blue FC.
Krystofiak joins the organization as part of RWJBarnabas Health's new partnership with Sky Blue FC, a National Women's Soccer League team that plays home games in Piscataway and Lakewood.
Krystofiak is a sports medicine physician. He already began working with the team, supervising preseason physicals. The doctor will attend all home games and closely monitor the health and wellness of athletes daily.

“On behalf of RWJBarnabas Health, I am extremely proud to serve as the Medical Director for Sky Blue FC in 2019,” Krystofiak said in a statement. “This team is made up of world-class athletes and we will strive to keep the players on the field, and performing at the highest level.”
RWJBarnabas Health will also receive front of jersey logo placement on all Sky Blue FC gameday and replica jerseys.
