Long Branch Man Charged With Aggravated Assault On Officer
Paul Koziol, 60, also charged with resisting arrest, Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office says.
The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office has signed a complaint against a Long Branch man for the aggravated assault of a Middletown police officer.
Paul Koziol, 60, was also charged with resisting arrest during the Feb. 29 incident in Middletown, according to the complaint.
Koziol swung his arms, tried to push the officer away, then kicked him several times with his feet, the complaint states.
