Long Branch Man Indicted On Numerous Drug Charges

Philip Saada charged with heroin possession, possession to distribute and other charges near boardwalk and oceanfront, indictment states.

A Monmouth County grand jury recently indicted a Long Branch man on multiple drug charges, including selling heroin on the Long Branch boardwalk and oceanfront, according to the indictment.

Philip Saada, 56, 321 Hollywood Avenue, was indicted for possession of heroin, possession of heroin with intent to distribute, and possession of heroin with intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park (boardwalk and oceanfront) on Nov. 27, 2013 and on Dec. 2, 2013, the indictment states

Saada was also indicted for possession of heroin, possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of heroin on Feb. 29, 2014, according to the indictment.
