Long Branch Police Department To Hold Senior Seminars In March

The Long Branch Police Department is planning a series of crime prevention and senior safety presentations at several locations in the city, according to the department’s Facebook page.

The department is partnering with the Urban Enterprise Zone and the Long Branch Housing Authority for the seminars.

Other topics that may be covered include current crime trends, scams, identity theft, property crimes, fraud, elder abuse, current city events and senior resources.

The event is open to all Long Branch residents.

Here are the seminar dates:

March 10, 2015 at 2 p.m. - Hobart Manor
April 13, 2015 at 6 p.m. - Kennedy Towers
May 1, 2015 at 5p.m.- Chester Arthur Housing Authority
